Initial Session: 

$160 (2 Hours) 


Subsequent Sessions:

$140 (1.5 Hours)

$110 (1 Hour)

SESSION DETAILS


I work with clients around the world  - entirely online. The first session is evaluative and includes personal and medical history intake. Sessions are customized to the needs of the individual. This may include movement practices, nervous system regulation tools and education, breath work, guided imagery, and more. Each session is as unique as the client.
