HELLO
I am a Certified Yoga Therapist and Whole Health Educator with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate pain, trauma, anxiety, depression, and nervous system dysregulation. Many of my clients come to me feeling disconnected from their bodies - stuck in patterns of tension, numbness, or overwhelm. Through a blend of awareness-building, neuroscience, and somatic practices, I help them restore healthy interoception, develop regulation skills, and cultivate a sense of safety and empowerment in their bodies.
My own healing journey began with chronic sciatic pain, which led me to study Integrative and Functional Yoga Therapy. I became one of the first to receive the C-IAYT designation from the International Association of Yoga Therapists and later earned a Master of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London, deepening my expertise in interoception, stress physiology, brain networks, and mental health.
My approach integrates ancient wisdom with modern science, addressing the whole person in the healing process. I work with individuals experiencing chronic pain, PTSD, mental health challenges, and trauma-related disconnection, helping them unwind long-held protective patterns and safely reconnect with their bodies.
In my private practice, I tailor each session to the individual, fostering curiosity over self-judgment and addressing the body, mind, emotions, and nervous system as an interconnected whole. I welcome and support people of all backgrounds, identities, and neurotypes on their path to healing.
